My uncle was digging through old files and came across this ancient photo of me. Since one of the qualifications for being a children’s writer is remembering one’s own childhood, I thought I’d post the photo here to prove that, yes indeed, I was once a kid. Besides, my uncle claims more photos are being held in reserve for blackmail purposes, so I thought I’d better beat him to the punch!
